Mundo Libre follows the story of a young boy named Cruz as he enters a local Luchador tournament. Cruz aims to be like his hero, the legendary wrestler El Aguila. Cruz is not the most talented fighter but through a series of fortunate events, he makes it all the way to the final match and has to face the unsettling Nocturno.
